It is a Sunni majority country, Shia rebels [The Houthis] are fighting against the government and have captured the capital Sanaa recently. Rebels are fighting for
1) A plan to develop power from capital
2) Reduction in fuel prices
3) Need more political representation
Iran supports Houthis rebels, which is enemy to AL QAEDA. Now this civil war situation in Yemen is a major concern for Saudi Arabia, because any war like situation in Yemen may disrupt its busy oil transport route, which is the backbone of its economy.
UN brought about a “comprehensive disarmament deal between the rebels and the government.
Deal includes, formation of new government incorporating the Houthis and some Yemeni southern separatist force. But still rebels are fighting in Sanaa.
USA is also concerned, being a close ally of Saudi Arabia and a major trading partner.
