Kurdish forces are helped by US-led coalition strikes against ISIL , more weapon and ammunition are given to them.but turkey is reluctant to get involved military because it is more concerned about arming the kurdish forces , who are fighting against ISIL.Turkey fought long civil war with Kurdish minority . once ISIL is removed kurdish forces will get enormous power in that region which is not liked by Turkey.

CURRENT AFFAIRS Yemen crisis:
It is a Sunni majority country, Shia rebels [The Houthis] are fighting against the government and have captured the capital Sanaa recently. Rebels are fighting for
1) A plan to develop power from capital
2) Reduction in fuel prices
3) Need more political representation
Iran supports Houthis rebels, which is enemy to AL QAEDA. Now this civil war situation in Yemen is a major concern for Saudi Arabia, because any war like situation in Yemen may disrupt its busy oil transport route, which is the backbone of its economy.
UN brought about a “comprehensive disarmament deal between the rebels and the government.
Deal includes, formation of new government incorporating the Houthis and some Yemeni southern separatist force. But still rebels are fighting in Sanaa.
USA is also concerned, being a close ally of Saudi Arabia and a major trading partner.

how to improve manufacturing sector ?
Though service sector is performing good in india. dream of indians to see india into elite country list is highly depends on manufacturing sector. because this sector can absorb more population and it is highly stable. but now this is depends on how we use the international production sharing network.but as of now , main obstacle to manufacturing sector is low FDI. in order to absorb more FDI to india , we needs improvement in following areas...
* improve the gateway infrastructure like port, harbour, channel
* custom procedure changed into electronic data interchange
* more development in risk management system
* internal transport infrastructure
* improvement in traffic congestion
* dedicated freight connection, road network
* uninterrupted supply of high quality power supply
* easy land acquisition
* more national manufacturing zone
* liberal labour and contract law
* reduction in corporate tax structure
* uniform simple tax structure
this are few area's we need to concentrate to boast our FDI .
